La Flor de Michoacan | Our Story
Handmade Mexican ice cream, straight from the heart
La Flor de Michoacan started in East Las Vegas with a simple idea: make handcrafted Mexican frozen treats the way they're meant to taste — bold, generous, and full of life. Today, the shop has grown into a beloved valley institution, still making every scoop in-house.
East Las Vegas roots
La Flor de Michoacan began as a neighborhood shop in East Las Vegas and grew, location by location, into a multi-shop institution spread across the valley. The community kept coming back, and the shop kept showing up for them.
Ice cream made in-house
Every flavor is crafted in-house — from guava and coconut to Gansito, Cajetas, and Mamey — each one remarkably creamy and distinctly Mexican in spirit. The flavor case changes, discoveries happen, and no two visits feel quite the same.
A full spread of Mexican flavors
Beyond ice cream, the menu stretches into paletas, chamangos, raspados, aguas frescas, churros, esquite, and ceviche — a full celebration of Mexican culinary tradition in one colorful shop. There's something here for every craving, sweet or savory.
Welcoming you to the counter
